Beginner Class
New to pilates? Start here ! Our Intro Class is the perfect starting point for those who are new to Reformer Pilates or returning after a break. In this gentle, small-group session, you’ll be introduced to the fundamentals of the method, including breath, alignment, and the basic movements using the Reformer machine.
Align
“Align” is our signature Reformer class inspired by classical Pilates principles. It’s designed to improve posture, control, and functional strength — whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned mover.
This all-levels session focuses on precise movement, deep core engagement, and mindful flow. You’ll move with intention, challenging your body without overwhelming it.

Heat: Reformer + HIIT
“Heat” is our most dynamic class — a fusion of Reformer Pilates and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) designed to build endurance, power, and core stability.
This class alternates between controlled Reformer work and cardio-focused intervals, keeping your body guessing and your energy high. You’ll burn, sweat, and strengthen — all while staying rooted in Pilates precision.
Tone : Reformer Tower + Barre
“Tone” blends the precision of Reformer Pilates with the dynamic energy of Barre. This class is designed to awaken your muscles, elevate your heart rate, and leave you feeling strong, lengthened, and empowered.
Expect a rhythm-based flow that targets the core, glutes, arms, and legs through small, controlled movements and high-rep sequences. The Reformer adds resistance and depth, while Barre brings the burn.
